My rating is based on several failures in your service process: Lack of Proactive Customer Support: The dealership did not offer to explore a goodwill repair for a significant engine leak on a vehicle that is only three years old, despite the issue being a clear premature failure. Inadequate Documentation: I was charged a $215 diagnostic fee but was refused a detailed diagnostic report. The dealership initially only provided a simple quote and photos. Poor Business Practice: Upon picking up my vehicle, the service advisor was unable to provide basic paperwork, including a receipt for the diagnostic I paid for and the work order, causing a significant and unnecessary delay. Overall, the experience reflected a lack of professionalism and a failure to provide the level of service and transparency expected from a Volkswagen dealership.
