Brian, my advisor, did not keep me informed. I had to text him to find anything out even though he said he would keep me updated. I waited outside,in the heat, for my shuttle to pick me up 45 minutes late. Terrible communication on his part. He blamed the driver and the driver blamed him.

Service part whatever you are doing is great but I got a screw in my tire pressure warning after driving for a mile or 2 and then when I reached home I found a screw in my back tire. It is a 1 hour drive I didn’t wanted to come back and instead it go to near by shop to fix it. I had travel plans and I fell extremely uncomfortable. Please be careful with the car when you take it to service.
