Came to VW AutoNation for a battery replacement. Quentin and VW AutoNation Service Department was super amazing. Customer experience was great. Quentin was super sweet, knowledgeable, very helpful and took the time to help with pricing. He even took the extra time to check up on me afterwards to see how my Atlas was doing. It’s always something new with this service center and it’s never in a good way. The staff treats you like you’re an inconvenience, if there’s extra work that might need to be done they don’t explain why, and the prices are extremely high (not the fault of the consultants). I scheduled an appointment through the Volkswagen app, like I always do, and there was no availability for 2 weeks. So I scheduled a time for 6:30 to work with my work schedule. I drove 1.5 hours to the dealership after work and was met with “our technicians leave at 5 you’re going to reschedule”. There was no let me help you reschedule or figure out how to assist, just came off as I was an inconvenience at a time when someone was trying to finish there day. It took persistence on my end to get the issue resolved.
