James was absolutely amazing. He was personable and helpful wih figuring out what was going on with our Atlas. He also helped my husband with getting some of the services completed that needed to be done, by listing out all of the services needed in a triage way. This list allowed us to prioritize services to keep the car running. He also showed us some features that we were previously unaware of having in the Atlas.
