    ​My rating is based on several failures in your service process: ​Lack of Proactive Customer Support: The dealership did not offer to explore a goodwill repair for a significant engine leak on a vehicle that is only three years old, despite the issue being a clear premature failure. ​Inadequate Documentation: I was charged a $215 diagnostic fee but was refused a detailed diagnostic report. The dealership initially only provided a simple quote and photos. ​Poor Business Practice: Upon picking up my vehicle, the service advisor was unable to provide basic paperwork, including a receipt for the diagnostic I paid for and the work order, causing a significant and unnecessary delay. ​Overall, the experience reflected a lack of professionalism and a failure to provide the level of service and transparency expected from a Volkswagen dealership.

    I absolutely love VW Mall of GA. Quentin was there bright and early and opened the doors right on time. He was kind, friendly and very professional. He let me know where to find him should I have any questions while I waited. He also shared with me what to expect at my next maintenance appointment, which I found very helpful. I was the first customer in, and my service was completed really quickly, so I didn't have to wait long. Kudos to Quentin for a great early morning customer experience. Thank you!
