Hi there, I wanted to share my recent experience with you. I've been a loyal customer at VW Mall of Georgia for my last few cars, always getting services done there. However, during my last visit for an oil service on my Taos, I was given a repair proposal totaling $1,200. What concerned me was that they suggested changing the cabin pollen filter, which I had actually replaced just a week before. This has really shaken my trust. How can they provide estimates for parts or services that aren't needed? Now I'm questioning if the repairs are genuinely necessary or just added to the bill.

I love my new Atlas SEV! The olive green is a great color. But most of all the ride is smooth. I'm still learning all the features. It has so much on it. The customer service, sales were the best! Thank you all at AutoNation Mall of Georgia.
