Although I am thankful for the warranty work and the oil change, I brought my car in for a very specific problem and the technicians could not replicate it. Which I found hard to believe because the popping noise on the driver side front tire happened again before I even left the lot when I picked it up after hours. I have a hard time believing that multiple test drives were completed and no one recognized the issue.
