My service adviser was very helpful, I expected a long wait time but it wasn't too bad. I got a clean car after. Plus the big bonus my service adviser helped me save some money on my service, and the issue I had with the car was fixed.

I don't know if this survey is for the appointment I had on 8/22 or for the drop in on 8/29 as a follow-up due to a new issue that surfaced after having my recall repair on 8/22, but I suspect the issue on 8/29 was due to poor handling of my recall repair. On 8/22, I dropped my car off at the scheduled time (7:30am) and was advised it would take 4-6 hours for my car to be ready for pickup. I anticipated my car would be ready by 2:30pm. At 3:51pm, I had not received any update on my car being ready, so I texted "James" on the number that I received a text from at 7:35am saying to please text with any questions... No response. So I sent a follow up at 4:35pm "status please..." and still got no response. I then tried calling the service department 2 times with no answer and finally reached someone at 5pm. He advised that my car would be ready at 6pm. I informed him that this was now 10.5 hours from when I dropped my car off... not 4-6 hours. Shortly after 5pm, I got an alert that my car had been unlocked. I arrived promptly at 6pm to pick up my car and was told it would be "another 35 minutes or so". By 7:02pm, I was told my car was ready. This is absolutely unacceptable to leave one of the first vehicles dropped off for last, and only to service it once I had called inquiring about my vehicle being ready. I have no confidence that the recall repair was completed correctly as I was told it was a 4 hour job and someone tried to rush through it in less than 2 hours. Only a few days later, I got a "service vehicle" alert due to an issue with SOS, further reinforcing in my mind that my recall repair was likely not done sufficiently and now I will have to live with that questioning in my mind as I am about to welcome a child into this world any day now.
