I’ve taken my vehicle there twice in the past month for check engine light. Both times it’s been given back to me saying the problem was fixed. I’m now in Florida wasting my vacation at a dealership because the check engine light is on again. Very unhappy about this.

Suad was great. He realized the problem right away and said it would be fixed completely along with the 20,000 service--all covered under the warranty. And it was all done in one afternoon!

I left my car on Sunday for a Monday 700 appointment. The advisor informed me that car would be ready by 3:00, when I call to insure my car would be ready at 3 and I was told that he person working on my car had to stop and help another employee and took time away from getting my car complete. I made plan and my son need to go to work, therefore, leaving me having to find a ride to pick up my car. There was not a next schedule service left on the window. I understand it was raining but usually they raise the car but not this time. Now for the worst news, today 1/31 I was stranded due to a dead battery, now I thought this was checked during e service appointment, I had to get a jump and then had to get another battery. Now I wonder what else wasn't done or completed in my service with this being said I am not happy with this visit. I also call this morning to speak with a service and no one could find them I ask for a call back and by 2pm I called back and once again the service manage could not be found let's see if I receive a return call.
