    For the 2019 Tiguan, I truly appreciated getting a loaner that works for us. I know it was a challenge and all worked out. I also appreciate the effort to not only replace the head but the service to assure a great functioning car. We drove it to Huntsville the next day to deliver to our son. No problems to this point. We are not expecting any. For the 2019 Atlas, It was challenging to get the part and schedule the technician. I was under the clock and needed to get the car back asap. Suad never allowed communication to break. Good or bad he kept communication flowing. I truly appreciate it. As soon as the part arrived, he messaged me and when I came in I saw there were a number of customers already in the que. They kept them informed on their process and moved us through very well. They brought my car back and didn't realize they took it. Appreciate the effort and the results.

    Schedule for 7am possibility of ice on roads on Wednesday. Called service was hung up on Tuesday. Called sales he said no information about following day. Said to come in as scheduled. Arrived at 7am Wednesday waited called service spoke to Jack he said doors should open hung up on me. Called again went to sales female went to find out what happened. Came back and said open at 9am. Went home came back at 9. When we looked at service doors had sign closing early because of weather.

    I really appreciated that my service advisor Brian took the time to listen to my concerns and despite a busy schedule that day, he was able to find a technician to check out my Tiguan. I also very much appreciate that the technician Robert took the time to thoroughly address my concerns to rule out any potential issues with my vehicle and took care of my car. Thank you team!
