Vehicle went in for 2 recalls. Also went in for 30000 mile service as required by vehicle maintenance company (wheels). Was told that it would take a couple of days for recall to be fixed, no big deal. I figured while in there they could look at an issue i had with one of the key fobs that was given to me at time of purchase. Went back to get vehicle about 3 days later and not one mention of them even looking at the key fob.

2 weeks after i got my ID.4 Serviced at this location I got a service light for Electrical System Error. When I called to make an appointment they said I should be able to get a loner as I told them I will be unable to leave my car there. When I got there I was told there is no technician that can work on ID.4 and they are not sure when one will be available. It can be another 2 days before that can happen and they will also not be able to provide me with a loner. I asked to give me some information on what the service light is regarding and if it is safe for me to drive the car. I got no answer as its an electric car and the service team doesnt know much about it. The manager also refused to give me a loner and expected my car to be there for about a week or more if needed. So my options were to leave my car there without a loner for a week or drive it around and hope for the best as the technicians at the location where I got the car dont have enough knowledge on the car that they sold. Needless to say switching to AutoNation as well as Volkswagen has been the worst decision I have made when it comes to cars.
