Brian was excellent through and through. His customer service was what I would expect. My only concern is that this was my 2nd visit to the shop in less than 1 week. The areas of repair on this 2nd trip should have been found on my first trip, preventing another visit in such a short period of time. Especially since my vehicle was at the shop for 4 day during the 1st visit, which was very frustrating since they had no loner vehicles and I had no other form of transportation. I have not had the best experiences with this service department and having 2 trips in 1 week doesn't reflect well in my eyes. All in all, Brian's service did bump my initial score up from 2 stars to 4 and I thank him for that.

Problem was not fixed. I had raised 3 concerns, but none was fixed and the vehicle was returned stating the reason for loaner vehicle and the vehicle was inspected by a master technician and the problem couldn't be identified so the car was returned. Really Disappointed.

No haggling and was able to negotiate a price prior to arriving. Friendly service and process of finalizing purchase was streamlined.
