Brian was wonderfuly engine light came on he took care to make sure it was addressed immediately had it looked at found out it was a software upgrade fixed it and called me same day to pick up my car Awesome service Brian just owns it and takes care of everything such an asset to VW

Everytime I come in for service James C. Makes sure I have an excellent experience and my car is well taken care of. He is kind and attentive to the needs of my car and makes sure it is thoroughly checked and completed.

I believe having my vehicle in the shop for 2 months (this time), and 5 months over the 3 years of ownership, entitles me to some type pf compensation. During that time I spent in excess of $1500 in gas; not to mention the $3600+ in car payments and 5 months lost of free charging. That is unacceptable. Then this time, being charged $17+ for additional gas after I turned the loaner in was the straw that broke the camel's back. The only reason I am giving 3 Stars is because of James Cumby. He is the ONLY reason I won't give less; he has always done the best he could for me. However, VW and your dealership need to step up your service game and pay your technicians enough so they will stay.
