Morgan was friendly, helpful and greeted me when I came in. She did not try to upsell me and helped manage getting my car back quickly since it was the second appointment within a short amt of time. She knew what she was talking about and worked quickly but efficiently to manage the transaction. I didn’t feel that my time was wasted.
