I brought my car in for jerking. On Tuesday, I was told it was a misfire Volkwagen had no solution for. My husband spoke to the service manager about getting another car, since they where telling me they couldn't fix my new car with a defect. Never heard back from him . Two days later a technician told my husband nothing is wrong with my car and to come get it. I guess the misfire miraculously fixed itself? Oh, but it didn't my car is still misfiring. Brand new car, less than 1,500 miles and Volkswagen Mall of Ga is refusing to fix my car or provide me a car in good condition. I 25,000 for a lemon. I guess I need to escalate this issue to the state.
