I chose this rating James is by far the best service advisor I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. I’m about to move to a different city and I’ll be driving my car a thousand miles so I wanted to make sure my car is in perfect shape before the long trip ahead of me. Not only he made some key recommendations to make sure I don’t get stranded in the middle of nowhere but he also helped me with the process to get my car ready in no time and on top of that, he walked me through the steps of what my vehicle needed and how long it would take so I wouldn’t have to waste time and I could plan accordingly my days in the week. 100/10. My only complaint is that it will be difficult to find another James at the city where I will be moving
